I have never really been a coffee drinker, but when it comes to my loose teas, I guess you can say I jumped on that bandwagon.  When I first started getting into different teas, I did not even realize the health benefits that came along with it!  I never thought tea was bad for me, but I had no idea how much good it was actually doing for my body!

My love for tea began many, many years ago in Annapolis, Maryland.  My Grandparents owned a sailboat and kept it on the Chesapeake, so one weekend every year, we would have girls weekend.  This was where all of the girls in my family would go down for a weekend and basically spend the weekend shopping and eating out…yeah it was great.

One of our favorite stops was always Annapolis, specifically this adorable old tea room.  We would get all dressed up in sun dresses and eat finger sandwiches and drink some warm tea.  The first time I went, I was about 12 and this was my first time ever drinking hot tea.  I was nervous because I did not think I was going to like it, but boy was I wrong! I loved it! It has been an amazing relationship ever since.

Now over the years, I have really tried hard to find a company that I can rely on.  One that  would never disappoint me and would send me loose tea packed with flavor and health benefits. Teavana did just that for me.  Not only do I love their flavors, but you can pretty much find their teas anywhere, including online (my favorite kind of shopping)! It is important to know the differences between the different kinds of loose teas though as some are beneficial for certain aspects while others are not.  It is all about finding the one that is right for you!

So, to make things easier, I am going to break it all down for you guys. So here we go, the kinds of teas with all their benefits and ACTION!

Tea has so many health benefits and honestly is so delicious, you have no reason not to try some!  I have only named a few kinds of teas but there are so many out there!  So many flavors to try but I think I have laid out a good place for you all to start!  There are a few more things you cannot forget though, especially with loose tea!

The first is an infuser!  This is so you’re not swallowing a bunch of tea leaves because YUCK!

The second is a tea pot! Because you can’t have tea without heating up your water first!

And that is it! You are officially ready to become a tea professional! Don’t be afraid to share some of your favorite flavors and products in the comments! I am always willing to try some new tea flavors!

And never forget! Positive Vibes ONLY!
