I just started practicing yoga, and I have started to notice some big changes.  I never understood the fad around it, but ever since I decided to start living a more natural life, yoga has become a priority and I am loving it!

So what exactly is yoga.

Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

So basically it is the perfect way to center yourself and find your inner peace.

There are different levels of yoga, which means anyone can do it.  They have even found a way to implement yoga practice while you are sitting on a chair!  Quite amazing what people think of these days…

You can even make money off of yoga by becoming an instructor and helping share your passion with others.

Yoga is a great way to implement exercise with meditation, so you’re basically knocking out all of your daily tasks in one hour!

Now, above I mentioned how I have noticed some changes since implementing yoga into my daily routine and I am sure you are wondering, what the hell could yoga change?  Yoga is helping me change two of the most important things I am currently working on.  My body and my mind.  Yoga is helping me strengthen my muscles in ways I have never considered, and it is also helping strengthen my brain on a daily basis.  I am thankful I have found this practice because it has created a happier and healthier me.

You can do it too.  You can start RIGHT NOW! It is that easy!

I do suggest purchasing a yoga mat, believe me doing yoga on the hard floor or on a carpet is not pleasant at all.  And they come in adorable styles, like the one I have pictured above that you can buy just by clicking the words yoga mat.
