I have been through 18 years of schooling and work in the education field. Out of all of the lessons I have taught or learned, this one was the hardest. The hardest for me to accept, the hardest for me to do, the hardest for me to understand. I didn’t give up. I never stopped trying. The hardest part was that no matter how many taught me this lesson, I really had to teach myself.
Sometimes, we make mistakes. We mess up. We let our life go somewhere we don’t wanna go. We gain weight. We get lazy. It happens.
But, when it comes to things in life you may need to change, you are the only one who can actually change it. No one else can make you do something, in reality. You control yourself. You control your actions. You control what you say and how you act.
You control you.
It is that simple, yet so complex at the same time. It is hard to accept honestly, because we all just love to make excuses. We want to, but we can’t.
It is a reality in life that we all need to do something we maybe don’t wanna do every once in a while.
So, I am sure you are wondering what in the world could she be talking about right now?!
Well, I am going to tell you.
You need to learn to start doing.
That’s right people, we all need to stand up and make things happen. We all need to stand up and stop letting other people tell you we can’t. We all need to stand up and do.
So loose the weight, change your diet, be healthy, be natural, be kind. Be kind.
But, stop making excuses. Start living your life.
That’s right people, I want to challenge you all to take accountability for what you want to change. Pick one thing in your life, I want to hear it. And hold yourself accountable to that one thing you want to change.
They say it takes 21 days to break a habit, so start now, stop waiting.
Let me know what challenge you are taking in the comments, I am rooting for you all.
and never forget, positive vibes only.
