Facebook has become one of the largest forms of social media in the world. There are currently about 700,000,000 users. Yeah, that’s a lot. Out of those 700,000,000 people, I can almost promise that there is at least 1 if not 1,000,000 people going through a similar situation you might be. One of the best places to connect with others are through groups. I recently have started joining different self love and support groups and I have found it to be very rewarding. I have had the chance to connect with and learn from others. I have found support in different situations I am going through. It has been a very enlightening experience to be honest.
But, Alicia, how did you find all of these groups?
Honestly, I typed self love in the search or whatever other keywords I thought these groups might have. But, let me tell you, there are a ton out there. Some are, of course, more active or helpful than others, as most things in this world are.
So, to make it easier for all of you, I compiled a list of my favorites. ( P.S. The first one is mine so definitely check out that one! I have daily prompts and it is also a safe place for everyone to share how they are feeling! Eventually, I am going to start doing giveaways when I get more members!)
